We are performing angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy measurements with UV, soft X-ray and hard X-ray photon sources in the laboratory and synchrotron facilities.
We studied topological states in the bulk TMDC Weyl semimetal Mo1-xWxTe2. To perform a comprehensive study of the electronic and structural phase transition in this system, we took advantage of our method and combined XPD, XPS, and band structure measurements [20]. High-resolution, angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy at 20 K reveals surface electronic states - indicatives of topological Fermi arcs.
